We strive to help others achieve fairness and equity using an integrated apporach to resources management (as for IWRM). No size fits all! It is important to use methods that are locally-targetted and sensitized to the cultural and socio-economic conditions of the country and region. It also is important to use pertinent stakeholder awareness raising, conflict resolution and and capacity building methods - not just rule-of-thumb surface and ground water hydrology hydraulics. Keep in mind at all time the linkages of water in catchments and aquifers and its inter-dependencies to both the terrestrial ecosystems [where the soil moisture is] and to aquaitc ecosystems [the water bodies we see]. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
